I don’t think Myers plays the type of game we’re looking for to pair with Power….
BUT since you’re paying us to take him,
and we’re likely to have all kinds of Cap room,
He could fit on our 3rd pair with Samuelsson

I think Myers and Power would be a great d-pair. Myers is playing 20 mins a night in Vancouver playing him in the third pair would be a waste

Yeah I agree with you. What I mean is if I'm Buffalo I don't want this unless I'm struggling to get to the cap floor, which I don't think you will be. As in, you probably don't want this deal.

Agreed, the other option is to not move him which is likely the direction right now. We can buy him out in a year or two

I think we want to keep Pysyk as our RD3
If he moves on, Myers could be a reasonable 3rd pair partner for Samuelsson
Overpaid for that, but we’ve got tons of Cap space, so no biggie
