Let's hear it, guys! All the money works, 23-man rosters in tact. Leafs actually free up ~$380,000 in space by doing this. F*ck Nylander. They can't afford all four soon and he's easiest to trade and plenty of asset value. Sanheim and Braun become the best defensemen on the team immediately. Former is tough, too. Braun on expiring and brings veteran presence, right shot. Konecny is a "Bunting" type and can play on Tavares' wing. Crouse is big and tough and has good hands.

I mean the value isn't terrible but I still don't think the Flyers do this. Liljegren is a fine young defender and Nylander is Nylander, but I would hope they would rather picks. Moving all of our assets, we wouldn't be good for a few years, someone like Nylander doesn't buy us anything.

Flyers are not doing this. In essence its Konecny and Sanheim for Nylander, that's a little steep. Liljegren is still a question mark and Nash is a throw in.

Leafs would likely have to add some picks into the mix - they are getting an upgrade a D with Sanheim, plus they are getting Crouse who is a young bottom 6 with upside and Konency for essentially Nylander. Dermott is ok, but we may have already seen his ceiling which is a serviceable D man that likely is a 3rd pairing with maybe a sprinkle of 2nd paring, Timmy L is still unknown and Mrazek is a cap dump so you can sign Campbell.

For the Leaf's this would be a bandaid on top of a bandaid. Not interested in Braun, Crouse, or Konecny in any way.

Crouse's style of hockey is so 90s and officiated against in today's NHL
Konecny is comparable to a grossly overpaid Bunting. (Bad Contract Value)
Justin Braun (35-year-old-RHD) seriously, are you suggesting getting rid of 22-year-old RHD (projected as a top-four) and a 25-year-old LHD #6 in fair value?

FYI, Sanheim (6'3", 181lbs. LHD) is no defenseman he is basically a winger playing defence. Simply put, he has poor defensive numbers and this guy is going to fix what ails the Leaf's

I think not PeteKyte

The Coyotes get nothing out of this. Dermott and Mrazek just do not move the needle and Crouse has value especially in the playoffs when the NHL switches rulebooks.
