Kerfoot has 43 points in 59 games this year, and that is without any PP time, so unless it's a first round pick coming the other way, or he's traded in an effort to move Mrazek, the Leafs will likely hold him.
And I do not want to hear "Oh it is just because he plays in the Leafs top 6" yeah well so did Nick Ritchie, and now he is playing better in Arizona then he did in Toronto, so do not use that excuse on me please. Need more proof? Taylor Hall plays PP1 and in the top 6 on the Bruins and Kerfoot has one more point and two less goals in the same amount of games, again, with no PP time. Oh and he is also making 2.5 million less than Hall.
Stop underrating this guy, I am sick of it, just because he plays on the Leafs does not mean he is trash.
