I know I suck at trades, but MTL loves their young Quebecois boys. could persuade them to ditch chiarot for a bit less than other teams would offer.

Honestly, it's not that bad. But does MTL have cap space for Barrie next year?

They want to move out cap space for going to Ufa chase next year so no Tyson Barrie or EDM keep some money

We take Barrie if we can keep that 5th. We got enough money next year, and let's be honest, no UFA except maybe Letang is signing to MTL this summer.

Maybe we can flip Barrie for something if he's good next year?
