Way too much for Gio. A valuable PKer and bottom 6er with good contract security, a 1st, and a 3rd for a rental 38 or so year old d man is rough. I’d be moreso looking at Dermott (solid bottom pair young d man) + 2nd + small stuff for Gio

Leafs won't trade Engvall and in this scenario may as well keep Holl as well.

Plus Holl would get more than this if they did trade him.

I don't think Leafs management will pay a first round pick for a pure rental unless that persons name is Lindholm.

Nobody wants Marazik or his terrible contract. Especially not Buffalo. They can probably throw a dart at the board of UFA goaltenders at the end of the year and hit a better one.

Anderson is 10-8 while the rest of the GK's are 10-24-8, he would bring back at least a 4th and a desperate GM may offer a third.
Let's presume taking Mrázek will cost a bit more than a second (I am basing this on the two seconds the Islanders added for the coyotes to take Ladd's $5,500,000 for two years), add a third.
