That salary retention is rough, but doesnt really matter i dont think a single one of those returns are remotely realistic.

1. Montreal is not trading Anderson
2. Montreal is not retaining on Petry, Anderson or Drouin and since we already retained on Chiarot we can only have 2 more retention.
3. Montreal is not trading Lehkonen for that
4. Don't think Arizona would have any interest in doing that
5. I don't think Pittsburgh would do the Allen trade which means the Hawks trade never happens.
6. Last but not least, L.A. is definitely not doing that trade.

4 first round picks for that??? That is all of our top prospects.
Let me see how Petry has been this year. Not good and not even close.

Oilers counter with a 6th and a 7th round pick as well as Smith and Kassian for Suzuki and Romanov
