Definitely needs a 3C. Or at least a good 2-way winger on the 3rd line.

Newhook is out of place on that 3rd line. Him & Kadri had some magic last game. I'd like to see Sakic go Brian Burke with two scoring lines and two checking lines.

Newhook is the 3C when everyone is healthy. Sure hope Joe upgrades at least one 3rd line wing.

Lots of mileage on Helm. Loved him as a Red Wing but I'm sure the Avs can find an upgrade over him. Maybe even internally.

Everyone keeps asking for it but Sakic and Bednar love them some "veteran presence"; can't see them taking helm out of the lineup

I don't think Helm hurts the Avs. I just think they can do better.

Newhook is the 3C, would really like to see Sakic add someone with some offensive upside to that line and push LOC to the 4th line.
