I wouldnt do this Braden has more value id say and the rangers wouldnt give it up

If it's Lundqvist the prospect coming to MTL side of deal there don't need to have a 1 round pick maybe a third round in 2023 to keep 50% salary.

But with how Tampa just pay to have Hagel, Lehkonen price could go higher because of this move.

Rangers aren't going to overpay for a third line winger. There is NO way he is worth a first or anything close to a top line prospect. If they were interested they would have already pulled the trigger. Not many teams are in on this guy. Everyone is reacting to some Hockey News article where they think he will be this years Blake Coleman. Wrong...

They're gonna target a C or RD prospect. So if he goes to the Rangers, it's gotta be Lundkvist.

Otherwise, they keep Lehkonen. I really believe they like him. He might be a 3rd liner, but he play hockey the right way.

Well the Rangers already have Goodrow so they don't need another one.
