It's a fair deal because of the value but I mean, Calgary wins immediately because they have a player to show for it. Good luck Carpy! Was stoked when they signed him. Great player and teammate. Plays the game the right way.

I think the flames win, but come to think of it, they haven't really done anything this TDL.

That’s a pretty good deal for both teams. Calgary gets a bottom 6 forward. He will probably play with Lucic and maybe Monahan or Janmark. Chicago gets rid of Carpenter who wasn’t a big peice and they get a draft pick so fair deal.
