Supposedly the league already blocked a Weber trade and would most likely block another. Also this would be cap circumvention and no doubt both teams would be fined and lose draft picks.

Why does it have to be Weber added to these dadonov deals? It can be anyone. Vegas gains nothing by adding Weber in season. If they add him they'll do it in offseason when cap is inflated to 90M

Why not Perreault for Dadonov + draft pick?

I don't think Perreault is making the team either way. Thats my point. It could be anyone who probably won't play for them anyway.

Agreed. Vegas actually could use his LTIR relief, but only next year.

Yeah, I get how LTIR works but since ANA included Kesler in the previous trade (and that everybody seems to include Weber in that kind of trade) I figured Id had him.
