Leafs have until 2023 to sign Abbruzzes Toronto also saved a roster spot for him so he’s likely to be signed when his season is done.

If Abruzzese chooses to become UFA, he can do so this summer. Toronto only gets another year of rights if he re-enrolls in school for 2022-23 academic year.

Handful of young superstars in the making
Wingers would get Hughes, Mercer, Hischier
Plenty of cap space.
Well-funded and committed ownership.
Regularly seen as popular play to live and play by players and agents.
Shortest travel schedule.
Great club history and pedigree.
I am sure it will be popular place for a lot of free agents.

I like the idea of getting one of Strauss Mann or Dryden McKay. If they want to bet on themselves there is an open road to the starters net in NJ that you can only find on a handful of other teams.

Great post once again. Thank you. I hope the Wings are in on Blankenberg and Mann. Also, Livingstone is an interesting RD considering he's only had 2 years of college.
