Manson isn’t good anymore. I would stay away and pay through the teeth for a younger defenseman in a trade. We have plenty of young forwards we could move one and a pick for a defenseman.

I could see Columbus just rotating Johnson, Chinakov and Marchenko in 2 of the 3 3rd line wing spots to start the season. Have Texier skate with Sillinger and Bjorkstrand on the 2nd line.

FWIW Voracek has very easy buyout after next season. I see Marchenko and even Chinakhov starting the season in Cleveland. Not sure about Johnson. He could end up there too. I doubt if everyone is healthy Bemstrom and Foudy can’t be sent down without passing through waivers.

I think that is too much for Roslovic. 3 mil per is probably more realistic.
