Definitely pass on the Arizona trade. Too many assests to give up. Especially with the way edvinsson and wallinder are playing. If we had everything else and Chychrun was the last piece we needed it would be different.

Strome is likely going to ask for north of ~5.5M AAV

If Strome was taking a deal that short or cheap, he signed it in NY months ago.

Chychrun is a luxury we don't need, with eight youngsters in our system on LD we already have better players than him. We need band aids until our kids mature, not an organ transplant.

Nobody is paying us a 3rd for Erne, not even Holland.

Strome or Copp will be available since NYR can't keep both of them but you won't sign either for that kind of money. Try 6 mill x 5.

Don't trade Suter he's our best defensive centre, he's number one in both takeaways and TA/GA-diff on the entire team and second in faceoffs.

If we get Strome/Copp then there's no need for Trocheck.

Detroit doesn't need Chychrun with Simon, Edvinsson, Albert Johansson and William wallinder coming up in 1-2 years. Ryan Strome probably gets closer to $5,500,000 x 6 years and Vincent Trocheck $6,750,000 x 6 years both get more than those offers.
