Entire new coaching staff. Need a free agent (Namestnikov) or a trade (Monahan) to fill the bottom 6, no harm in letting Barron/Borgstrom develop further in the AHL for one more year.

If we can find a way to get Monahan as a cap dump that would be perfect. If he rebounds then you can trade him at the deadline, and if he doesn't then we got a free 2nd round pick.
