also dont think devils are gonna givr up serveson. maybe JT a scheenn just for the 5th is fair imo

Canucks would want another asset back. While the 5OA is a fantastic piece, the Canucks would need a roster player or another prospect back

Required if he wants to play in the NHL. It will likely be a 925k (max ELC amount) and max bonuses.

Gotcha my understanding on the matter is only what the CapFriendly CBA FAQ has:
"Players younger than 25 years of age as of September 15 during the year of their first NHL contract must sign an entry-level contract..."

Kuzmenko is 26 so I thought he was clear to cash in.

Makes sense. I haven't actually looked it up myself in the CBA but it has been widely reported that it has to be an ELC.

The difference in value between Boeser and Fiala isn't a 1st and a 3rd round pick, I'd say it's closer to a 2nd or 3rd round pick

I don't think the Devils want to trade Severson for Schenn, but the Devils would have to add a little bit on top of the 5th overall to get Miller
