Yes, it is. The only piece with any value when you are asking for a young, up and coming 1C is the 1st, but since it is late it doesn't have a run of value, so you are basically offering nothing.

I wouldn't say Suzuki is years away from Dubois. Suzuki isn't as good, but he's close, not years of development away.

Poehling is also more of a D/E prospect that every team has 3 or 4 of. He's worth almost nothing.

Sorry but Dubois is not better than Suzuki at all they’re not even close tbh
