I don't think this is mock draft, its rankings. But I fully agree with you, both Jiricek and Kemell are better.

It’s good list. I agree with most the top-10.
Nazar could go #4 if teams think he could stick at center.
I like Chesley and Pickering go as 3rd and 4th dmen.
