Don’t think you’re getting anything for Mrazek. You’re probably gonna have to add draft picks to entice a team to take on that contract. Also Asplund is gonna be a key defensive player for the Sabres in the future once Okposo and Girgensons are gone. They easily reject that Holl trade

Asplund is a valuable defensive forward who can slide up & down the lineup
And Holl isn’t a guy we’d target
Maybe we’d trade a late round pick for him if we strike out on other options, but i doubt we’d even consider moving Asplund for him
