This would be stupid from the wings side... #2 Quinton Byfield... Guys picked after him... Stutzle, Ryamond, Drysdale, Mercer...
I wouldnt give up Bertuzzi and Hronek to take a chance on a prospect when others are there and NO pick is a guarantee... Redraft 2020 even Lafreniere falls from #1.
Every time you redraft 2-3 years later, players move... Im not giving up two everyday players for a hail mary.

Overpay on Detroit's end. Remove Hronek from the trade and I think Detroit would accept. I'm thinking that the Devils will be looking for a lot more though or else they just keep the pick.

we give up to many goals already man. we already have 6 hronek's on this team

Not dumb when many are questioning that thinking slafkowsky is a potential game changing franchise player especially with his combo skill & size
