A rental on Miller doesn't have this kind of value anymore. The time for this kind of return passed with the deadline.

Leafs have no interest in giving up two cost efficient futures, Sandin and Kerfoot for one year of Miller. No team would offer so much. Can't see Nashville wanting to take Pearson and his cap either.

I know Vancouver thought they had a shot at playoffs after Bruce took over but they really should have traded JT last season for a haul

That’s actually false. He has more value now because teams are more flexible now to make moves. There is going to be a bidding war for Miller

A player dosn't get more valuable with less term and with a more impactful cap hit. Your reasoning makes no sense and has no precedent.

Literally been reported that more teams are interested. More interest=high price because the Canucks have all the leverage. Please care to do some research on business next time

More interest doesn't equal a higher price. The base product, 1 year of Miller, is inherently less valuable than what you were trading then, 2 playoff runs of Miller. You are arguing the price of a car vs the price of a bike. As many people can be interested in that bike as you want to be, it still won't be the price of a car. It's a flawed argument.

It's much more likely that more teams are interested in Miller because the asking price has come down.
