Pens trade for huberdeau

Description
I saw a couple panthers fans on here trading Huby. I KNOW IT WONT HAPPEN, but let’s have some fun. This is meant to be realistic, despite the fact that the panthers won’t trade him and someone would probably give a better package.

Logically speaking it would make more sense for the pens to sign Gaudreau in FA, but what’s the fun in that?

The money for huberdeau and guentzel extensions would come from zucker, that’s why I didn’t trade him. We get his services for the year and he is basically just a savings account for those 2.

2 1sts and marino are a nice start but this doesnt get huberdeau unless panthers are out by the TDL and this is the best offer (and they didnt plan on re-signing him.

You must have missed the part where I said “ let’s have some fun”. I was doing this at like 2 am, I never claimed to be stevie ****ing yzerman.

You must have also missed the part where I said “Logically speaking it would make more sense for the pens to sign Gaudreau in FA, but what’s the fun in that?”. Clearly this deal would never happen for both teams, so why are we putting it under the microscope like we are trying to split the ****ing atom?
