I don’t think Nashville would do that but everything else is solid

VGK should probably get a little more for lenher unless the relationship between him and the team gets worse
MIN does not need to pick up holl, he prob only returns a 4th or 5th rd draft choice
Muzzin would more realistically be 3rd+7th rd pick instead
I like that SEA/TOR deal for both

Wings don't want Muzzin, at least not at that price. Too old and injury riddled to be of use for a rebuilding team

I think you overlooked the Detroit proposal.

Yeah but I think Yzerman likes that old grizzled vet on the backend. Muzzin is much better than Leddy and Yzerman traded for him this past off season.

I think a late 2nd is probably the value he has around the league. Having vets to surround the young guns seems to be a priority for Yzerman, Muzzin is significantly better than Leddy and he fetched a 2nd this past season.

I appreciate the feedback, honestly I agree with most of what you're saying but if I could rebuttal:

Lehner and Vegas seem like they should go their separate ways, I got a sneaking suspicion they trade Lehner and sign one of Fluery or Campbell.

Braun and Holl are similar type defenders and Braun fetched a 3rd this past deadline. I figured a couple depth picks = a 3rd round pick.

Muzzin is a cup winning LHD with a big contract much like Nick Leddy. Leddy fetched a 2nd this past year from Detroit

Yeah I really like the Soucy/Kerfoot swap. Seattle seemed to really like Kerfoot and if the leafs move on from Muzzin I could see Soucy as a replacement for him.

Yeah no thanks on Jake Muzzin.
And why would Jake Muzzin waive his full NTC for a rebuilding team anyways? Since he already won 2 cup with LA he might not care i guess. Still think we can get a better LD then an oft injured Jake Muzzin.

I guarantee you said this exact thing about Leddy until it happened last offseason. Muzzin fits the Staal/Leddy mold Yzerman keeps going after and if he’s healthy and bounces back he’s going to be a big part of Detroit or going to command a solid return in a trade. With that being said I don’t see Muzzin waiving his NMC or the leafs trading him without getting a player back

Sure didn't, I actually liked the idea of Leddy, although I DID think he would cost less, but Yzerman got the pick back and then some at this TDL, so, worth it. Muzzin is 2 years older than Leddy, on the books for 5.6 for 2 more years and has SERIOUS injury concerns. Hard pass.

I mean by every metric Muzzin still had a better season than Leddy did and it was during his worst season in recent memory. I can almost guarantee If you guys play Muzzin for the year and flip him at the 2023 draft you'd get a 2nd back for him again.
