I don't think so. Even if you take out the 3rd round pick swap, pick 36 is a lot to give up to go from 34 to 25.

Doubt it. There’s not a huge difference in talent from 25 to 34, let alone adding 36

Leafs obtained a 3rd for moving down 4 spots in the 1st with St. Louis. I think it would depend on whether Yotes feel the player they want will be available in the 2nd round. Leafs would be moving down 9 spots and out of the 1st round.

Maybe the sj pick instead of the flyers?

San Jose would be more palatable, but I think they have their sights more on the teens than 20s if they’re moving up
