You are really misrepresenting what was said in that article. No where do they say, or even imply, that this gets it done. In fact, they explicitly say that it likely takes a 2nd + a prospect to get Chicago to take Mrazek.

No I'm not. It is suggested that Mrazek and a B level prospect and/or Holl plus a pick could get it done. I'd go as high as a 3rd round pick and that should get it done.

'You can be sure the Leafs will want to protect their first round pick at all costs. A second rounder seems like a reasonable place to start. The Leafs don’t have one again until 2024 at the moment. They could couple that pick with a B-level prospect like Nick Abruzzese. Maybe they even add a roster player like Justin Holl to the deal. That would create even more cap space. Chicago could spin Holl off for another asset at next year’s trade deadline. In that scenario, perhaps the Blackhawks send back a cheap, useful young-ish player in the deal. If not, a second and a prospect feels like the right price to pay. Anything more and the Leafs might be better off looking elsewhere, or simply buying out Mrazek’s contract.'

I'm not sure you actually read this article but there's the relevant part quoted and the especially pertinent part bolded.

Mrazek, Holl and a 3rd gets it done.

I swear these athletic writers are on ACGM and I want to know what their usernames are. This isn't the first time I've seen them pulling ideas from here almost word for word.

I believe it. That Fleury and Hagel for Mrazek Knies and two 1sts was on here before Dreger tweeted about it and Dubas called out Davidson. haha. I totally figured they got the idea for the trade from here when I saw all of that blow up.
