    I maintain that a best case scenario deal for both teams would be Othmann Lundkvist and this years 1st for Kane retained. Hawks get multiple good pieces but NYR avoid giving up Laf Kakko and Schneider, plus the 1st is already late this year. Cant give up too much because realistically it will be hard to keep him without blowing up the roster, but with Kane and Panarin playing on the same line with Zib, theyre gonna be racing each other for the Hart

    Rangers are probably higher on Othmann than Kakko

    I didn’t even think about sending Kane to a 3rd team to retain another 50%. Wonder if Montreal could be the 3rd team to retain on Kane? Overall I like the idea

    It’s the only way to afford Kane. I’d keep Laf on line 1 and not sign Johansson. Then move Motte to 3rd line and Reaves on 4th
