I know you’re not a canes fan but don’t know where to start.

Bear isn’t getting that much anywhere and likely won’t be back. Necas definitely isn’t getting that, likely a bridge deal around 2x3.5-4. Cole is absolutely not getting a raise from canes. Troch probably gets that but not from CAR - likely a shorter cheaper deal if he wants to stay. Nobody is giving up that much for TDA and you didn’t replace him so now there’s a glaring hole in roster.

Nobody is giving up a first for TDA lol. And Bear probably won’t be qualified at all yet alone paid 3.5M. If they don’t trade Necas he’ll be on a bridge deal in the 3.5-4M range. Also those lines are all over the place

While you'll likely be able to find that return for DeAngelo, there's no point because he's not the issue on the ice. You've overpaid Bear by about 2 million. You've overshot Necas by about 3. You brought Trocheck back to put Staal on the wing, but let Niederreiter walk who is the more important forward? You split the Skjei - Pesce pairing for reasons unknown. You moved Staal to the wing when he's Carolina's most complete centerman, move Jarvis off the top line to the third when he's been Carolina's best forward for the entire postseason. Called up Suzuki who isn't anywhere near being NHL ready despite Jack Drury already being the consensus 4th line centerman next year. WAY undershot Domi's value... oh, and Gardiner is healthy. He can't be LTIR'ed
