Fair, my thoughts are that unfortunately injuries will happen for 1, and 2 that 4th line will play more than an average 4th line and would have similar TOI to the 3rd line

They're not spending anywhere near this much. I'd do the flyers trade though assuming they would.

Yes to Phily trade.
I think Oilers will take less for Puljuravi in trade.

Now that i look at it, if you subtract the kulak signing its pretty close to what theyre projected to spend.

Interesting trade up idea with Philly
Idk if they’d do it, but interesting
Maybe Seattle would be more likely to do it if it included more picks & some prospects who were further along in their development- maybe that’s where we could move Johnson &/or Portillo

Not a fan of the Pk Subban idea, but since u have him signed for only 2years it’s more tolerable

With Peterka on the line you have him on, the issue won’t be icetime
The issue is that you’re putting a rookie onto our defensive line
That just isn’t a good role for him
Instead of putting him in a position to develop, you’re putting him in a position to struggle & lose confidence
Swapping him & Asplund would make all kinds of sense
Put the kids in roles where they are best suited to succeed

Offer sheets don’t happen, and i doubt EDM would give up on him already

Campbell isn’t my favorite goalie option
He’s too inconsistent & struggled for a big portion of this season to give him a long term deal like that imo

Yeah, like lower from VGK/Sabres pick, a then you don't have to offer him 4,2mil

Yeah idk cozens best production came while playing with okposo. Having 2 defensively responsible players kind of gives him the ability to be more creative and take more risks offensively as well and peterka was the best 200 ft play on the amerks this year. Plus I dont think that would be the line I would deploy against other teams best. I put asplund where he is because I think he is due for a breakout year and has showed he can produce after a nice worlds. Also allows us to avoid a line with 45 games of total nhl experience. Subban actually has had a solid past 2 seasons and I think would be a great voice for the dcore. Hard choosing between campbell and husso but just love campbell for the room and I think he can be better infront of this dcore than torontos. The term may be rich you are correct

The Philly trade is way to much for a move up and way overpaid and cooked winger for a year

0 years, bought him up. Not sure I agree, if it nets you nemec or jiricek you love it, if they are taken and it gets you cooley it is the best trade possible
