Gimme a 2nd and I'll take it. Salary Dump.. I am also assuming Leafs RFA's get offer sheets from several teams.

you know normally the team dumping the players is paying the early draft picks to move the cap dumps right?

Only one that would require assets to give up is Mrazek as long as Leafs aren't over the cap. Kerfoot can probably fetch a decent return and Holl might get a 3rd/4th but worst case they get dumped for free.

Why pay Husso 5m instead of Campbell? He might become Mrazek 2.0,with Campbell at least he has been tested in Toronto in the system, and Marchment might be a minny Clarkson with that deal

While Mrazek would cost a 2nd + prospect to dump, Kerfoot and Holl wouldn't be worth a 1st to a rebuilding team.

We would take your 1st for all 3 however to allow you to accomodate the cap space.

Yeah, there's no chancs Chi gives up a first for that. Even if some other team were to give a first for Kerfoot, once Mrazek is added and even Holl (if they don't want him), they would offer less.

Ofc Chicago would take all 3+a first, I'm sure they would take all 3+2nd/3rd (sweetner for Mrazek) if they are serious about taking them

LMAO, Hawks aren't paying for any of those guys....just crazy to think they would...the only one that has value to a rebuilding team is Kerfoot and only to flip him and he's worth a 2nd.

Mrazek will cost a 2nd to dump him, Holl has very little value.

Dumping salary?

-Leafs Dump Kerfoot to sign Marchment
-Leafs Dump Holl to sign Domi
-Leafs Dump Mrazek to free up money to sign another goalie

Chicago gives up a single 1st round pick for..

-a possible #1 Goalie, they don't have a single goalie under contract next year and who is really signing there?

- Kerfoot would be their 3rd top point getting forward on the team (51), only Kane and Debrincat had more points

- Holl would be their 2nd top point getting Defender on the team (23)

I think the Leafs would be real generous on this package

None of this helps a rebuilding Chicago team. Mrazek is a cap dump, Kerfoot is worth a late 2nd early 3rd and Holl is awful and would block a spot for Mitchell or Regula. Chicago isn’t giving you a first for that package.
