Grans and our 2022 second for Garland is fair. The first is too much. I doubt that we'd trade the first alone for Garland.

He's probably not a rental on WASH, which is why the price is so high. But I understand that it may be a bit much.

Grans is certainly an A prospect by any measure.

For now he is. I can't really predict future and know if they'll re-sign him though. Plus there's also the fact that they'll be looking for a 2C behind Kuzy, and there's 2-3 great options for that role in free agency as well.
