Fans of every other team need to remember that Gibson was ranked the 5th best goalie in the league by GMs, execs and former players

The Ducks have no reason to trade Gibson

Additionally on the Gibson trade Hagelin is of zero interest, like he has negative value in this trade scenario. A RHD like Jensen would be much more appealing. Jensen plus Vanecek as the base then add from there to even it out.

I agree that there is no reason to trade him. There are a few other "common" trades that have no reason to happen. One of the most that I see (because Vancouver AGMers have zero imagination and just keep regurgitating the same trash over and over) is Miller.
