I can see why Columbus would be interested in JT Miller. Maybe he's the piece that gets us in to start getting the young ones playoff experience.

That being said, there are some conditions that would have to be met for Columbus to acquire him.

1. Relatively Cheap Price- This would mean CBJ dealing from a position of strength (young wing prospects) and Voracek or Nyquist being considered major assets in the deal.
2. JT Miller signing an extension at a reasonable price for a reasonable term.
3. Columbus not liking any players at the 12th pick, or not liking any players relative to their position at 6.

I don't think JT Miller signs an extension at a reasonable price/term considering he's put up crazy numbers.

Jarmo does tend to have surprises up his sleeve, so never say never.

I think Canuck fans should accept the fact that Pearson and Myers will still be here in two years finishing their contracts.

No they won't, they both have trade value on the market. They'll both get monetized before their deals are up because Canucks aren't a contender yet

I will, although not sure why you won't be able to find out for yourself when it happens

Pearson is definitely tradeable but I would not be mad if we kept him as he is a valuable source of secondary scoring. Myers at 50 percent retained is also quite tradeable as well but maybe for a very small return

They are both decent players but teams don't have the cap space . There are cheaper better players available in free agency. Every team has cap players they want to move and any GM looking to trade for Myers or Pearson at current cap will probably be joining Benning on the unemployment line . Too many teams are fighting cap issues .

Don't know what HB is, and it doesn't change the fact that you're apparently not here to have a healthy debate, just here to to troll around
