Now i think a lot of teams are going to tank next year for Bedard. He's a generational talent and i think is a franchise gamechanger like Crosby and Malkin. And i think Jets are going to be one of those teams next year. With that being said Wheelers goal scoring would be huge for the panthers. The Jets get the contract of Hornqvist and Bobrosky. Denisnko and Dalpe and a 2nd

Even though he going to get more Lucrative offers in Philly and Ottawa. I think he be willing to take less money in Florida to have a chance to win a Stanley cup next year. and if they are able to Fit Giroux in to the team i think they should. I think Giroux at the point in his career where he's made enough money and want to focus on winning lord stanley

If the jets fully commit to blowing it up (they should) I would definitely do something like this

Zero chance the Jets retain that much on Wheeler and take on Bob and Hornqvist. Way too much dead cap for a minimal return.

You are delusional if you think ANA is going to eat money for 2 years on Wheeler and FOUR years on Bob. They certainly might need to take in money for this season but that term on both contracts is nonsense.

Moreover, you have the figure for Bobrowsky wrong. Florida has to retain $5 million, after which Anaheim would retain half and that's how Winnipeg gets him for $2.5 million. Never mind the facts that (1) Bobrowsky isn't waiving to leave Florida, and (2) Anaheim isn't retaining $10 million on Bob and $4.125 million on Wheeler for a second and two thirds.
