You forgot to include the #2 pick with Schenn for Guentzel

Why would Pittsburgh trade away a young sniper who still has 2 years on his ELC

There is so much wrong with this. Mason won't take a pay cut if he comes back (he won't). Shattenkirk is not going to sign a deal that short or for that low of a cap hit. Why would Pittsburgh ever make a deal with the Flyers? Why would the Flyers trade Schenn to Pittsburgh? Why would Pittsburgh take Schenn's salary when they're already cap strapped? That's a massive overpayment for Duchene, who the Flyers really don't need. The #2 pick is a golden ticket to G's possible replacement down the line and they didn't have to tank to get it. Why look a gift horse in the mouth? Why would Filppula waive his NTC only a few months after being traded and having a top 6 role on the team? Why would LA take on Filppula's salary? Why would the Flyers trade their best goalie prospect for peanuts? Hart just won his second consecutive WHL Goalie of the Year and looks poised to win his second consecutive CHL Goalie of the Year. What do the Flyers gain from trading him? If they did, why would they trade him for a mid-round and two late round picks? What do the Flyers gain from trading Radko for Marchessault? Why would Florida trade Marchessault after the year he had? It's not like his numbers were inflated like Conacher's and if they were, Florida would be looking for a lot more than Radko. Why is Ghost making $5,300,000? He certainly isn't worth that. Yes, he's dynamic, but he's realistically a third pair D at this point at 5v5. Why bring Weal back at $1.3M just to scratch him? Why is Lewis on your second line and Jake on your fourth? That makes absolutely no sense at all. Why is Brandon Manning in over Morin/Hagg?

That PIT trade is awful for the Flyers. The LAK one is worse. I really don't like the SJS one either since it makes no sense. Why would we trade Hart for those low picks when he is back to back WHL goalie of the year and could be our future starter? The Gudas trade is interesting, but it makes the team a lot worse. This team would be a lot worse, and that is before we talk about the contracts that are pretty far off.

The Pitt trade is awful for Pitt Guentzel is more important than Schenn in my opinion. Plus they trade a 1st and 2nd too. Thats horrible for Pitt.

You want the Kings to take on a 5million dollar 33 year old center, and take away their 2million dollar best utility player AND a high 3rd round pick? How does that even remotely make sense?
