Younger me used to think the O-Show (OHL) was churning out the best talent but after the covid lockout & with recent drafts I'd say the U-Show (USHL) is really good.
At the end of the day I respect all of those junior leagues.
As a Red Wing fan I know Mantha & Zadina played in the Q. Cossa & Hanas play in the WHL. Buium & Mazur played in the U.
Most of the Wings other prospects of recent, and some of the best, played overseas in Sweden or Germany leagues.

I think it definitely varies year to year. I’ve always thought the OHL and WHL had a slight advantage over the Q. The USHL is better for the more raw prospects as they essentially use those years as development for College hockey. The USHL is usually alot younger because of this and the fact that the CHL always has 3 20 year olds on each team. Very different leagues imo.
