I think hawks prefer 2 OA over Holtz, if it's only 1 or the other. Something like 2OA+Ty Smith+Nolan Foote+2023 2nd. Maybe the 2nd has some condition to updgrade to a 1st based on Devils or Cat performance

I think that is a lot closer than anything that includes this years 2nd overall, but probably still too much since he is not the type of player NJD is likely targeting.
