Nichushkin is probably the biggest buyer beware UFA this year, just don’t see him having the same success outside of COL

He’s also the most likely to take a hometown reasonable contract. Knows what it’s like in another city, and loves Denver. With Kuemper not being re-signed it almost guarantees he is back, but you are correct there are some potential red flags giving him a big deal.

Giroux prolly not but I can see nichushkin and Seattle has the money. Giroux is at a point in his career where he is chasing a ring. His top 3 right now are Carolina Edmonton and ottawa. Ottawa has made the moves to show they want to compete, and it’s his home town. Carolina and Edmonton are both decent bets if u want to join a cup contending team.

Nichushkin knows what it is like to be on a not good team with lots of expectations. In COL he gets to ride shotgun to stars, resurrected his career, and it’s not like COL isn’t going to pay him.
