the sens were gonna retain on murray and it still was gonna cost them moving back from 7 to 16 to do so. you want the leafs to give up kerfoot + hall to take Murray at 5.5 mil? terrible.

Toronto would want a sweetener coming back and Ottawa probs gets a 7th. Toronto has the most leverage in any deal as they dont have to take Murray
