Friedman on the Canucks going after PITT D John Marino : I think there conversations with VAN. I think they were close to moving him last week but not to the #Canucks.

I think the most likely team that could have been may have been ottawa. Maybe the trade would have been for Connor Brown + ?

Regardless, if not ottawa who do you think it could have been that almost got marino?

    Yes, I think that is what he meant, but I didnt hear him say this.
