Description

I think Timmy will get a bridge deal with the cap situation, probably 2-3 years. I think 2 because that is when Giroux's deal will be up and more cap space.

I could also see the Sens trading Formenton or Joseph during the 2023 offseason, especially if Greig is ready potentially during the 2022-23 season (prefer him going to Belleville).

Another thing is, I assume Ottawa will probably have a 4-6M top 4 Dman on this team by the time 2023 comes along.

I also think Sogaard might not be ready for NHL backup full time, but you never know with goalies.
