I am curious to see what the Jets do with the defense in the offseason since there are only a couple of waiver exempt defenseman right now.

-- Right: DeMelo, Pionk, Schmidt, Kovacevic, Gawanke

Even if they start the year with Samberg and Heinola in the minors (which would suck), they still have to sneak one defenseman through waivers unless the healthy scratches are 2D 1F.
