Knies isn't signing with the Leafs, he already said he's going back to college. Of course, that's probably the least ridiculous part of this team lol

I know but he plans on signing once his NCAA season is over (so might as well put him in)

He's signing after the college season is over, with about dozen games left in the Nhl season, so he can cheat the rookie elc and burn the first year of the 3 seasons by playing only a dozen.

Abruzzese did the same trick. Knocked a elc year off his contract.
