Description
We'd be screwed if anyone gets injured on the road. Probably living on LTIR most of the season. Might even need to sweeten the pot on the tachuk deal with better picks. But man would tachuk make our healthy line up scary. Jordie ben would need to always be in the lineup to fight everyone tachuk angers but he can also pk.

A gamble on the defensive side of things given we don't have an all star goalie. True glass cannon with ferocious forcheck might work

Hawks decline. We have Seth Jones, Connor Murphy and both Alec Regula and Ian Mitchell who are NHL ready and fighting for the 3rd line spot. Holl does nothing for us and we aren't giving up anything to take him

100%. Even if Murphy goes, Caleb Jones is likely to return and we still have Stillman who can both play off hand. Interesting to see what happens with Vlasic, I think he should go back down and spend a year in AHL. Galvas is probably ready for more NHL too.

No disrespect but any suitor for holl will do for any return for cap space. The hawks aren't exactly the focus of this.

Do you think Nicolas Beaudin and Nolan Allan will also make the Hawks eventually on defence?

Beaudin would have to really bounce back and show his game in training camp with the new coach.

As for Allan, its too early to say but he is a good skater, has good size and could serve as a good shut down D man when he gets here. He would likely be a 3rd line guy with the opportunity to play 2nd line minutes if needed with a more offensive partner.

I'm less confident on Beaudin at this point but he could just be a slow developer. When drafted, the Hawks knew he would take time as he was small for his age. Allan was a reach in the draft a year ago in the first round; hard to say with him at this point.
