MTL accept but Joker isnt that good ? He is more a bottom pairing dman ?

Bottom pairing at this point, showed promise to be a solid top 4 but I believe that upside is pretty much gone

Right now he is a solid bottom pairing guy, buts he’s still 21 so he could become a 2nd pairing guy yet. This season will tell a lot. Regardless, I wouldn’t make that trade as Laaksonen is a disaster in his own end. He was scratched for the AHL playoffs and imo won’t reallly ever make the NHL, and if he does it will be as a tweener.

I agree, laaksonen was a healthy scratch in ahl playoff games just a few months ago.
