No interest in taking back a contract that big. We'd much rather find another home for Nyquist.

Not sure how you move Voracek without attaching a real asset. He can play but that contract is way too much.

See second sentence. Moving Voracek is undesirable because 1) he's a very good player and 2) he would indeed cost too much to try to send to another team.

I agree with you. I’m just saying you might have to pay to move him to resign Laine. Idk.

Sharks don't have the cap space for Voracek, we only have 1.3M in space and still need to sign 4/5 RFA. Sharks actually need to move salary out.
