the leafs need more forwards, they are not downgrading to get futures and minimal cap space

Not sure Vegas is desperate enough to do that yet.

I wouldn't say they need more forwards, but they definitely don't need to trade one of their top forwards for peanuts.

they 100% need more forwards. They still need a 2LW and havent replaced Mikheyev's scoring yet. Depth scoring has literally been their issue for the past 3 playoffs

do you really think any of that gets addressed, its not like they have 5 million in cap space. Unless Kerfoot and Holl get moved I don't see it getting that much better then it is

There are a few depth guys like milano that would be easy enough to fit

what could Milano's contract look like? I'm surprised he hasn't signed anywhere yet, but yes that's true.

Im gonna guess about 1.5, maybe less if it's a year. Heinen is also an option for about the same. Donato is probably cheaper than both

I could honestly see him getting close to 2.5-3 mill, he had a pretty solid year on a pretty bad ducks team, and was already making 1.7. Still would be a solid pickup

It wouldn't shock me, but i just dont seen too many teams with the cap and the situation that would offer him that. If a floor team was willing to spend the money hedhave it already

yes that's true, I just couldn't see his camp agreeing on a contract that was less/similar to his past contract. I guess we'll see soon enough.
