Devs are not moving that much for 1 year of Miller to sign a 30 yr old to a 6-7 yr $8M per contract

Why did you after gaudreau then? 28 Year old 100 Point player who has a 100 point season every 3 years and puts up at least 70+ points a season. Sound familiar?

He cost us nothing most of all. If Miller we're "free" without assets I would not complain
JG is 2 yrs younger I think, that makes a big difference because of the game JTM plays
Again I point to that way and JG will age "softer" than Miller
All those tangibles make a huge difference towards the end of a Miller contract.
How's that?

Lmao it'll only be severson and the only reason you'd get that much is because it'll cause cap issues. 30 y/o late bloomer? he's gonna cost a ton as a UFA and fall off quick
