Description
Figure Bolduc might be available since the Isles got Romanov. Similar with Chytil and Trocheck. Let me know if I'm way off, but wanted to get a sense of whether these moves make any sense.

I wouldn’t trade bolduc for Kuat and a third. This doesn’t really accomplish anything for the isles tbh.

Understandable. I'm short assets on the Colorado side, so I figured it was short.

But where does he fit in long term? Pelech, Salo, and Romanov comprise a strong left side. You guys think one moves to their off side? Also, is there anything that would work, or is it just a no?

This is Salo’s opportunity this year, if he cannot lock down the 3 LD spot Bolduc is next up. There is also the chance he moves to RD to replace Mayfield who most likely will be priced out next year as he should get what Gubranson just got.

Agree. I saw in another thread some suggestion that he may be available, but I'm not sure how it really makes sense. Compher retained could help this year, but that's a poor long term move by NY. Probably gotta look elsewhere for a solution on the Colorado side.

Exactly they were 2 wins away for cup final, in a season where CBJ and NJD still was what they was. PIT is the same.
It will not be the same road as last year.
This is not, let me repeat not a cup wining team.
And they don't even have cap to improve the team this year.
We trade Strome for Trocheck which is a slight upgrade, that is all
