Let me see if I have this straight...

1) You want cheap out on prospects to CHI.
2) You want them to take a cap dump in Kerfoot, a player that doesn't do anything for their plans.
3) And you want them to retain 50%

I said this in the other thread, but you TOR fans love these Quantity over Quality trades.

Don't forget CHI is adding a 3rd as well. I still think Robertson has potential, but the 2024 1st is a nonstarter.

Oh yeah, you need to pay for the pleasure of trading with the Leafs. This trade is just silly.

Since you're CHI trade has been shredded already I'll focus on the NSH atrocity.

Obviously you haven't looked at the Predators roster anytime recently but there is 0 chance they're sending you Fabbro (a highly promising young RD) for yet another LD that doesn't fit into the lineup with the current roster. On top of handcuffing their defense, you want them to send you a bargain of a player would produces well above his pay rate for a forward they have no cap room for and pay you a couple draft picks to have the pleasure of unbalancing the roster. Yea I think we're gonna pass on this.

If you look at the Giroux trade at the dead line last year as a comparable It would be 1st, 3rd, and a meh prospect. I think the offer is an over payment but we shall see. IF Chicago decides to trade him he will not return as much as you think.

One of these players has an MVP, Scoring Title, Playoff MVP and 3 cups. The other one does not....
