Why trade Joseph out for only a 2nd and then pay a 2nd PLUS forms and jbd for an arguably worse player?? (certainly the worse when considering dollars and term)

A 20 man roster with no cap is not practical. Anderson isn't worth 4m now, why are you trading for him.? That's a lot to give for for one year of Chychrun.
I never like giving Giroux three years......his cap plugs up the young players.
