Just remove the Blackwell retention, and it's OK. You can't retain more than 3 salaries at one time. I'd stay away from Gudas if you're only putting him on the 3rd pairing. I also don't think he's worth that right now. Dvo shouldn't touch any 1st line in the world. He's slow, and is a faceoff guy. I'd much rather have Monahan on that first line. I also think it's a waste putting Evans on the wing, and Caufield without Suzuki.

Flames have no interest in doing that. We don't need cap space and aren't paying a 1st for something we don't need
